Coach Mint is an elite competitor who has won Gold at multiple global competitions and has now transitioned into an elite coach. With her knowledge of both recent sparring competition experience and coaching knowledge, she has a unique perspective on both roles.
She is also the High Performance Sparring coach currently at Martial Arts Spirit Australia, having helped produce multiple National champions and Australian National team representatives.
